AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(Woods Road-East of Racine to Brooke Lane Water Main Project MW-27-29)
(Assessment District “WR”)
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #26-2000 was adopted on January 25,2000;
and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee, upon the request of the property owner,
has recommended that the Final Assessment Resolution be amended to reflect the
following change to the assessment roll:
Tax Key No. 2223.990 W182 S8686 Racine Avenue
Replace one 1 ’/4 inch water service assessed at $1,536 with
one 2 inch water service assessed at $1,768.80
Waiver of Special Assessment Notices and Hearings Under Sec. 66.60(18), Wisconsin
Statutes has been signed by the above property owner
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
amend the Final Assessment Resolution #26-2000, to reflect the change noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment
Resolution #26-2000 shall remain unchanged unless specifically amended by this
Resolution.
