CCR2000064COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #64-2000 DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES WHEREAS, A request for a community marketing center was submitted by Burke Homes, Inc., the primary developer of Champions Village of Country Club Villages; and WHEREAS, The marketing center is proposed to be located on Lot 64 of the Champions Village Subdivision, in the garage of a model home located at W130 S9614 Jimmy Demaret Drive; and WHEREAS, The existing Model Home and Sales Center located on Lot 10 will be used for single family residential purposes consistent with RS9/0PD zoning; and WHEREAS, Said petition constitutes a change to the approved Planned Unit Development of Country Club Villages; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of Country Club Villages as approved subject to review every two years until such time as a model home is no longer needed and that all appropriate permits be applied for and obtained from the Building Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine that the request for a community marketing center to be located on Lot 64 of the Champions Village Subdivision does not constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of Country Club Villages subject to the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission and stated above.
