City Hall Remodeling Project
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the City Hall Remodeling Project and the following
bids were received:

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the bids, in consultation with the City’s
architect, and recommends acceptance of the low bid submitted by Tri-North Builders, Inc. in
the amount of $989,000 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego.
upon the recommendation of the Finance committee, does hereby accept the bid of Tri-North
Builders, Inc. in the amount of $989,000 for the Muskego City Hall Remodeling Project
contingent upon all contract documents being satisfactory to the Mayor in consultation with the
City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any
change orders at their discretion upon recommendation of the architect.
