AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, in accordance
with Chapter l.O6(3)(c) of the Municipal Code, and review by the Public Services
Committee and Municipal Judge, does hereby approve the following amendment to the
Deposit and Forfeiture Schedule:
CHAPTER 12 - LICENSES AND PERMITS

12.01(8)(f) NUDE DANCING IN LICENSED ESTABLISHMENTS
(First Offense $1 00)
(2nd Offense within 1 Yr of First $200)
