APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Lilac Meadows - Town of Norway
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Lilac Meadows Subdivision, a 12 lot subdivision in
the NW 1/4 of Section 8 in the Town of Norway, was submitted on February 14,2000;
and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Lilac Meadows Subdivision, a 12 lot subdivision in the NW of
Section 8 in the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies. 0
