RESOLUTION #44-2000
RECOGNITION OF 30 YEARS OF SERVICE
JOHN R JOHNSON
WHEREAS, JOHN R JOHNSON, Chief of Police, recently reached his 30" year of
continuous employment with the City of Muskego, starting as patrol officer on
February 16, 1970, and attaining the rank of Chief of Police on May 15, 1985; and
WHEREAS, during the past 30 years JOHN has served the City of Muskego with
distinction, always being aware of his obligations to the citizens as well as to the Mayor
and Aldermen; and
WHEREAS, JOHN exemplifies the meaning of a dedicated and loyal employee; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council would like to recognize the 30 years that JOHN has
conscientiously worked for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby recognize, appreciate, and publicly thank JOHN R. JOENSON for
his exemplary performance, his faithful dedication to the City of Muskego, and for the fine
example he has set as a public servant over the past 30 years.
