AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER AND RELOCATION EXPERT TO
CARRY OUT RESOLUTIONS OF NECESSITY KNOWN AS
(Community Center)
RESOLUTIONS #210-99 AND #40-2000
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has passed Resolution of Necessity known as
Resolution #210-99 and Resolution of Necessity known as Resolution #40-2000; and
WHEREAS, The hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert is necessary to carry out
the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor, in consultation with the City Attorney, to
hire an appraiser and relocation expert for said project.
