RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY UNDER 5 32.06 AND 5 32.07, WIS. STATS., FOR ACQUISITION OF
LAND FOR A COMMUNITY CENTER
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY,
WISCONSIN, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That this Resolution is a resolution of necessity, in accordance with 5 32.06(1) and 5
32.07(2), Wis. Stats., relating to the within-described public improvement project;
That it is hereby determined that it is necessary for the City of Muskego to construct a
community center in the area of the Janesville Road and the extension of Moorland Road,
south of Janesville Road, in the City of Muskego for the public purpose of providing a
public place for the community to use for municipal, educational, recreational andor
social activities;
That it is also necessary, in the furtherance of the above-stated public purpose, for the City
of Muskego to acquire the fee title to the real estate located in the area south of Janesville
Road and the extension of Moorland Road, south of Janesville Road, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, part of Tax Key Number 2167.995.001 and part
of Tax Key Number 2209.999, more specifically described on attached Exhibit “1”
consisting of a legal description and map.
That the City of Muskego will acquire, by condemnation in accordance with Chapter 32,
Wis. Stats., if necessary, the above-described interest in the above described real-estate
from the record owner thereof, who presently is Pam Boehm Maciolek, and from any and
all persons or entities who may have a record interest in said real estate.
That the herein Resolution was passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego this 8* day of February, 2000 by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.

Being all that part of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 2 and the Northwest one-
quarter of Section 11, all being in Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego,
Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described as follows:
All of the West one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 2 lying South of
Janesville Road, CTH "L" together with the Northwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-
quarter of said Section 11. Containing 74.7 acres more or less.
