RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Valley Green Pump Station)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its Common
Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as follows:
1 That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance with §32.05(1), Wisconsin
Statutes, for the purposes of the within described public improvement project and it
is also a determination of necessity for that project in accordance with §32.07(2),
Wisconsin Statutes.
2. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a necessary and public
purpose to construct sanitary sewer improvements as shown on the map attached
hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A."
3. That said sanitary sewer improvements will be built as set forth on the map which is
annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "A and is incorporated herein.
4. That the site of said sanitary sewer improvements is contained in Exhibit "A," which
is incorporated herein; that the legal description to said site is attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B."
5. That the City of Muskego will acquire a permanent easement for pumping station,
sanitary sewer, access, construction, and maintenance as indicated on Exhibits "A
and "B."
Passed and approved this 25TH day of JANUARY
I hereby certify that on the 251~~ day of JANUARY , 2000, the
within Relocation Order was adopted by a vote of 7 ayes to 0 nays
by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

described as follows (see attached "Exhibit "A"):
Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and
Commencing at the Southeast comer of Section 24; thence North 01 '22'14" West,
North line of the South 1/2 of said Southeast 114; thence South 87" 24' 43" West along
1329.22 feet more or less to the northeast corner of Tax Key Parcel No. 2256.986 and the
the North line of said South 112, 748.59 feet more or less to the northwest comer of
following described easement which is on the easterly right-of-way line of CTH "00'
(North Cape Road),also being the point of beginning; thence South 07" 11' 57" East
