AWARD OF BID
Woods Road - East of Racioe to Brooke Lane Water Main Project
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Woods Road - East of Racine to Brooke Lane
Water Main Project and the following bids were received:

Advanced Sewer & Water $332,624.00

The Wanasek Corporation $231,339.50

American Sewer Service $214,738.00
M J Construction $235,735.55
Rawson Contractors $282,623.50
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by American Sewer Service in the amount of $214,738 be
accepted for the Woods Road - East of Racine to Brooke Lane Water Main Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
American Sewer Service in the amount of $214,738 for the Woods Road - East of Racine to
Brooke Lane Water Main Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign
the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any changes
at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
