Woods Road - Kurtze Lane to Bay Lane Water Main Project
WHEREAS; the City advertised for bids for the Woods Road - Kurtze Lane to Bay Lane Water
Main Project and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Wanasek Corporation in the amount of $218,596 be
accepted for the Woods Road - Kurtze Lane to Bay Lane Water Main Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
Wanasek Corporation in the amount of $218,596 for the Woods Road - Kurtze Lane to Bay Lane
Water Main Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign
the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any changes
at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
