APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on January 4,2000 to finalize a
three-parcel land division of the DuklaslMeinen property located in the NW % of Section
12 on Courtland Lane; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 019-2000 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a three-parcel land division of the DuklaslMeinen
property located in the NW % of Section 12 on Courtland Lane subject to the conditions
outlined in Resolution #P.C. 019-2000, as adopted.
