CCR2000009COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #9-2000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Scholbe WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on November 15, 1999 to finalize a one-parcel land division of the Scholbe property located in the NW '/4 of Section 30 on Crowbar and Parker Roads; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 149-99 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one-parcel land division of the Scholbe property located in the NW '/4 of Section 30 on Crowbar and Parker Roads subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 149-99, as adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to passage and publication of Ordinance #I 009. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette). Salentine This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #9-2000 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 1/00jmb RESOLUTION #P.C. 149-99 RECOMMENDATION OF AE'PROVAL OF A CERTLFIED SURVEY MAP AND REZONING FOR A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE SCHOLBE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW % OF SECTION 30 (TAX KEY NO. 2277.997) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on November 15, 1999 by Wayne and Sue Scholbe for a one lot land division of the Scholbe property located in the NW % of Section 30, located at the northeast comer of Crowbar Road and Parker Road, and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission's previously approved sketch review, under Resolution #P.C. 11 5-99, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned EA - Exclusive Agriculture District, and proposed land division requires a rezoning to the A - Agriculture District, and WHEREAS, A - Agriculture District requires a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 300 feet, and said lots appear to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for rural and agricultural use, and the proposed land division is in conformance with that designation, and WHEREAS, Said parcels will not be serviced by City sewer and will access water through private well, and WHEREAS, The adopted 2010 Street System Plan illustrates Crowbar Road to have a 100 foot ultimate width, and Parker Road to have an 80 foot ultimate width, and the proposed land division is in conformance with these designations, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a one lot land division of the Scholbe property located in the NW % of Section 30 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineer, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of the rezoning from EA - Exclusive Agriculture District to the A - Agriculture District for a one lot land division of the Scholbe property.
