CCR2000008COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #8-2000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP DeBack WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on December 13, 1999 to finalize a one-parcel land division of the DeBack property located in the SW % of Section 32 on C.T.H. "Y;" and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 007-2000 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one-parcel land division of the DeBack property located in the SW % of Section 32 on C.T.H. "Y" subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 007-2000, as adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette). Salentine This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of Resolution #8-2000 which was adopted by the Common Council of the City of Muskego. 1/00jmb " RESOLUTION #PC 007-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A ONE LOT LAND DMSION FOR THE DEBACK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW % OF SECTION 32 (TAX KEY NO. 2287.999.001) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Harold DeBack for a One (I) lot land division of the DeBack property located in the SW 'A of Section 32, and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission's previously approved sketch review, under Resolution #P.C. 122-99, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence District, requiring a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet, and said lot appears to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for medium density residential development, and WHEREAS, Said parcel will be serviced by municipal sanitary sewer and private water systems, and WHEREAS, The land division will create a new residential parcel, and grading plans are required to be submitted for approval. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division of the DeBack property located in the SW of Section 32 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the grading plan requirements for this land division remain in fill force and effect. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-112" diskette).
