CCR2000007COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #7-2000 e 0 0 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Schweitzer WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on December 2, 1999 to finalize a one-parcel land division of the Schweitzer property located in the NE % of Section 13 on North Cape Road; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 006-2000 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a one-parcel land division of the Schweitzer property located in the NE % of Section 13 on North Cape Road subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 006-2000, as adopted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval of the City Engineer BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or DGN file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %" diskette). RESOLUTION #P.C.O06-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A ONE LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE SCHWEITZER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE % OF SECTION 13 (TAX KEY NO. 2177.939.004 / W124 S7975 NORTH CAPE ROAD) WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted by Charles Schweitzer for a One (I) lot land division of the Schweitzer property located in the NE % of Section 13, W124 S7975 North Cape Road, and WHEREAS, Said Certified Survey Map substantially conforms to that of the Plan Commission's previously approved sketch review, under Resolution #P.C. 53-99, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned R-2 Countj Home District, requiring a minimum lot size of 60,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 175 feet, and said lot appears to meet said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Plan depicts this area for medium density residential development, and WHEREAS, Said parcel will be serviced by private sanitary and water systems, and WHEREAS, The purpose of the land division is to separate the existing structures from the balance of the farm property and no new building sites are created as a part of the land division. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Certified Survey Map For a one (1) lot land division of the Schweitzer property located in the NE Yi of Section 13 subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the waiver of grading plan requirements for this land division. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.Dm file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette). Adopted: Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: ATTEST.
