CCR20000041lOOjmb COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #4-2000 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Wrecza, Town of Norway WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on December 14, 1999 to finalize a one-parcel division of the Wrecza property located on Town Line Road in the NW X of Section 18 in the Town of Norway; and WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 002-2000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a one-parcel division of the Wrecza property located on Town Line Road in the NW % of Section 18 in the Town of Norway.
