APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Babik, Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 23, 1999 to finalize a
one-parcel division of the Babik property located between Apple Tree Lane and Big
Bend Road in the SE % of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval with the adoption of
Resolution #P.C. 145-99 subject to the proper dedication of the ultimate right-of-way for
State Trunk Highway 164.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Certified Survey Map to finalize a one-parcel division of the Babik property located
between Apple Tree Lane and Big Bend Road in the SE % of Section 1 in the Town of
Waterford subject to the proper dedication of the ultimate right-of-way for State Trunk
Highway 164.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer
