APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Quietwood Creek Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Quietwood Creek Subdivision in the SE % of Section
3 and SE % and NE % of Section 10, was submitted on August 24, 1999; and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of approximately 140 acres, and proposes 143 single
family residential lots, outlots, and commercial property; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 120b-99, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of Quietwood Creek Subdivision in the SE % of Section 3 and SE %
and NE X of Section 10 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 120b-99,
as amended, being met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
