RESOLUTION #218-99
AUTHORIZING STREET NAME CHANGE
(Walter Hagen Drive)
WHEREAS, A petition was submitted to the City to rename the future, southernmost
portion of Walter Hagen Drive to Bobby Jones Drive with the future cul-de-sac to the
north to be renamed Scott Krause Court; and
WHEREAS, The Public Services Committee reviewed the request and recommended
that the street be renamed Scott Krause Drive to the south and Scott Krause Court to
the north where the street intersects with the future Walter Hagen Drive to alleviate
confusion and difficulty finding the court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Services Committee, does hereby
authorize the renaming of the future, southernmost portion of the proposed Walter
Hagen Drive as stated above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all costs associated with the change will be borne
by the petitioner
