RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Building and Planning Reviews)
WHEREAS, Section 32.01(l)(d)l of the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides
that applicable fees shall be, as from time to time, established by Resolution of the Common
Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed an amendment to Table #I located in the
Building Code (Chapter 30) and recommends the following:

the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish the above fees
effective January 1,2000.
