APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
FOR 2000 AND 2001
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee, in consultation with the Finance Director, has
reviewed the terms of an agreement with National Employee Assistance Services, Inc.
(NEAS) to provide an Employee Assistance Program for two years commencing
January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2001 at an annual cost of $19.92 per
employee; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
of the City entering into an agreement with National Employee Assistance Services, Inc.
to provide an Employee Assistance Program for two years commencing January 1,
2000 through December 31, 2001 at the annual rate of $19.92 per employee, including
full and part-time employees and excluding seasonal employees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Finance Director, as the organization
contact person, are authorized to sign the agreement in the name of the City.
