ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Plum Creek Addition #I Subdivision
Storm Sewer and Roadways Excluding Street Trees
WHEREAS, Section 111 of the Plum Creek Addition #I Subdivider’s Agreement dated
March 14, 1994 requires the developer to complete the improvements required in the
Agreement and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, The City shall accept said dedication if said improvements have been
completed as required by the Subdivider’s Agreement and as required by applicable
City ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has advised that all of the above requirements
have been met; and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed and approved the final release of
funds.
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the dedication of storm sewer and roadways, excluding street trees, in accordance with
the Subdivider‘s Agreement dated March 14, 1994.
