AWARD OF BID
Target System
WHEREAS. the City advertised for bids for the Target System and the following bids were
received:
Caswell Detroit Armor $49,500
Advanced Training Systems $47.1 I7
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the bids and recommends that the low bid
submitted by Advanced Training Systems in the amount of $47,117 be accepted for the Target
System contingent upon additional funding from the FBI being received for project in an amount
and on terms and conditions acceptable to the Mayor
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of Advanced
Training Systems in the amount of $47,1 17 for the target system contingent upon additional
funding from the FBI being received for the project in an amount and on terms and conditions
acceptable to the Mayor
