AWARD OF BID
Well No. 3 Pump Replacement
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for pump replacement of Well No. 3 and the
following bids were received:
Layne Northwest $ 18,565.00
Municipal Well 8 Pump $ 15,000.00
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the bids, in consultation with the City
Engineers, and recommends acceptance of the low bid of Municipal Well & Pump in the
amount of $15,000 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the bid of Municipal Well & Pump in the amount of $15,000 for the pump replacement
of Well No. 3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon recommendation of the
City Engineers.
