FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AREA WIDE WATER CAPACITY
T FOR WATER SERVICES UNDER WISCONSIN STATUTE 66.60
LEVYING WATER CAPACITY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
AGAINST BENEFITED PROPERTY (WCA)
(Third Amended WCA District)
WHEREAS, The property with Tax Key No. 2198.986, W171 S7374 Lannon Dr., was
connected to municipal water in 1990 as an extension to the ParWLake Drives and
Richards Lane Water Project (MW-9-90) after the property owner signed a Waiver of
Special Assessment Notices and Hearings Under Sec. 66.60(18), Wis. Stats. and the
Common Council adopted Amendment to Final Resolution authorizing Installation of
Water Improvements and Levying Special Assessments Against Benefited Property on
August 14, 1990; and
WHEREAS, Since connection of the property to municipal water, the property owner
has paid the front foot assessment and a Water Capacity Assessment (WCA) in full,
and
WHEREAS, It has now been discovered that the property with Tax Key No. 2198.986
was not included in the legal description of the WCA District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby amend the legal description and map of the WCA District to
include the property with Tax Key No. 2198.986 located at W171 S7374 Lannon Dr
