CCR1999156COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #156-99 DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF LAKE FOREST WHEREAS, Conceptual plans were submitted to develop Overlook Bay Phase II of Lake Forest illustrating six eight-unit multifamily buildings for a total of 48 units and a looped private road pattern providing direct access to Racine Avenue; and WHEREAS, Said plans represent an amendment to the original, approved Planned Unit Development of Lake Forest which illustrated 12 eight-unit multifamily buildings for a total of 96 units in Overlook Bay Phase II and a looped private road pattern; and WHEREAS, An outlot along Racine Avenue has been proposed for a commercial site and is consistent with plans for the general vicinity; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the conceptual amendment to Overlook Bay Phase II and finds that the amended plans as submitted do not represent a substantial change to the previously approved OPD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine that the proposed concept as identified above for Overlook Bay Phase II does not constitute a substantial change to the original planned unit development of Lake Forest and a public hearing is not required.
