AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO APPEAL DECISION OF
NEW BERLIN MUNICIPAL COURT
(Citation No. M244542 - City of Muskego vs. Parkland Venture LLC)
WHEREAS, On September 8, 1999, the New Berlin Municipal Court dismissed the
Citation #M244542 issued to Parkland Venture, LLC, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has a right to appeal that decision to the Waukesha
County Circuit Court, and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the City appeal that
decision to the Waukesha County Circuit Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the City Attorney to appeal the decision of the New Berlin Municipal Court regarding
Citation #M244542 issued to Parkland Venture, LLC.
