RESOLUTION #152-99
AWARD OF BID
Jewel Creek Dredging Project (Phase I)
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Jewel Creek Dredging Project Phase I and the
following bids were received:
Werner Bros. Inc. $53,250
Advanced Sewer & Water, Inc. $65,000
Berg Construction $62,500
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the bids, in consultation with the City
Engineers, and recommends acceptance of the Low bid of Werner Bros. Inc. in the amount of
$53,250 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the bid of Werner Bros.
Inc. in the amount of $53,250 for the Jewel Creek Dredging Project Phase I.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign
the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any change
orders at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
