RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INCREASE IN SPECIAL CHARGES FOR
GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING SERVICE
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has a contract with BFI for garbage and refuse
disposal and recycling services, and
WHEREAS, The Public Services Committee has reviewed the current rates and due to
an increase in the contract costs with BFI for 2000, the Committee recommends the ,
following rates for garbage and refuse disposal and recycling service effective January
1, 2000:

Current Effective
Residential Units Containing
Five (5) Units or Less $80.00/unit $82.40/unit
Residential Units Containing
Six (6) Units and Over $68.00/unit $70.00/unit
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Services Committee, does hereby
establish the charges for garbage and refuse disposal and recycling service as stated
above effective January 1, 2000.
