ACCEPTANCE OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
PHASE 2
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan
Phase 2 dated July 1999 has been prepared by Earth Tech, Inc., and
WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee has reviewed the Plan and recommended
acceptance to the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the City of Muskego Comprehensive Stormwater Management Plan Phase 2
dated July 1999 as prepared by Earth Tech, Inc.
