SECOND AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(North CapelRyan Road Sewer Project MSS-1B-96)
(Assessment District "SN")
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #169-96 was adopted on July 23, 1996 and
Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #I8598 was adopted on October 13,
1998; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee has reviewed and recommended that the Final
Assessment Resolution be amended to reflect the following change to the assessment roll
because the sewer installed in front of this parcel is not at a depth necessary to drain (or
service) the property:
Tax Key No. 2257.999
Remove and Forgive Deferred Assessment
in the amount of $56,741.56
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #169-96, to reflect the change noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment Resolution
#169-96 and Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #I8598 shall remain
unchanged unless specifically amended by this Resolution.
