RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE REDEMPTION OF
GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES
DATED APRIL 1, 1993
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin
(the "City") has outstanding an issue of General Obligation
Promissory Notes dated April 1, 1993 (the "1993 Notes"); and
necessary and desirable to call the 1993 Notes maturing in the
year 2002 for redemption on October 1, 1999;
WHEREAS, this Common Council has determined that it is
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
maturing in the year 2002 are called for prior payment on
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, that the 1993 Notes
October 1, 1999 at the price of par plus accrued interest to the
date of redemption.
1993 Notes to be redeemed to be given by mailing a notice
