WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Woodland CodSablich Lateral and the
following bids were received:
Advanced Sewer and Warer, Inc.
United Sewer and Water, Inc.

WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by Advanced Sewer and Water, Inc. in the amount of
$9,575 be accepted for the Woodland CoudSablich Lateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
the Advanced Sewer and Water, Inc. in the amount of $9,575 for the Woodland CoudSablich
Lateral.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign
the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any changes
at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
