WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the McShane Drive Wastewater Pump Station
Storage Facility and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the low bid submitted by the Bentley Company in the amount of $199,900 be
accepted for the McShane Drive Wastewater Pump Station Storage Facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of
the Bentley Company in the amount of $199,900 for the McShane Drive Wastewater Pump
Station Storage Facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign
the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any changes
at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
