DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
Arthur D. Dyer and Parkland Ventures, LLC
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from Arthur D. Dyer and
Parkland Ventures, LLC on March 24, 1999; and
WHEREAS, The City's insurance carrier has recommended that the City disallow this
claim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby disallow the claim of Arthur D. Dyer and Parkland Ventures,
LLC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That no legal action may be brought on this claim after
six months from the date of service of notice of this disallowance of claim pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes, Section 893.80.

We are in receipt of a Notice of Claim served on the City of Muskego on March 24, 1999.
We request that you have this claim formally disallowed at your next City Board meeting.
Wisconsin statutes provide political corporations, government subdivisions, and
agencies benefit of a special statute of limitations if they provide the claimant with proper
Notice of Disallowance of the claim. The claimant is represented by Attorney Stephen
Kravit, located at 825 North Jefferson, Milwaukee, WI 53202-3737 A copy of the
Disallowance should be sent to both the claimant and the claimant's attorney.
To have the benefit of the special six-month statute of limitations, the political
corporation, government subdivision, or agency must, by statute, comply with the 0 following:
1 The City of Muskego must formally disallow the claim
2. Notice of the Disallowance must be served on the claimant and the attorney
by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested.
3. The Notice must contain language to the effect that (no action on this claim
may be brought after six months of service of this notice).
