AMENDMENT TO DEPOSIT AND FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, in accordance
with Chapter 1.06(3)(~) of the Municipal Code, and review by the Finance Committee
and Municipal Judge, does hereby approve the following amendment to the Deposit
and Forfeiture Schedule:

CHAPTER 9. -ORDERLY CONDUCT
9.10 STORAGE OF JUNK, ETC., REGULATED
(Section 9.10 was repealed in 1984)
Add:
CHAPTER IO. - PUBLIC NUISANCES
10.06(15) STORAGE OF JUNK
(Section 10.06(15) was created in 1984
