AWARD OF BID
Pioneer Drive/Parks Garage Water Main and Service
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Pioneer Driveparks Garage Water Main and
Service Project and the following bids were received:
Globe Contracts $29.130.00
Rawson Contractors $22,222.00
Super Excavators $27.955.50
Underground Pipeline $25,237.00
United Sewer and Water $32.970.00
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the bids, in consultation with the City
Engineers, and recommends acceptance of the low bid of Rawson Contractors in the amount of
$22,222 for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the bid of Rawson
Contractors in the amount of $22.222 00 for the Pioneer Drive/Parks Garage Water Main and
Service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further authorized to sign any
change orders at their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
