CCR1999114COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #114-99 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Duve WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on January 21, 1999 to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Duve property located on Kelsey Drive in the NW % of Section 33; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission amended and adopted Resolution #P.C. 13-99 recommending approval subject to the conditions outlined in the resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, does hereby approve the certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Duve property located on Kelsey Drive in the NW % of Section 33 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 13-99, as amended and adopted.
