HONORING CITY OF MUSKEG0 EAGLE SCOUT
MATTHEW B. ASTEMBORSKI
WHEREAS, MATHEW B. ASTEMBORSKI. resident of the City of Muskego, and a
student at Muskego High School, reached the highest Scout rank of Eagle on October
18, 1998; and
WHEREAS, This achievement came about as a result of years of service and dedication
to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and
WHEREAS, MATTHEW served as Troop Guide, Troop Instructor, Patrol Leader, Troop
Scribe and Senior Patrol Leader, and earned numerous awards and merit badges; and
WHEREAS, MATTHEW spent many hours working on his Eagle Scout project in which
he removed the old boardwalk in Denoon Park and replaced it with a new 75 foot
boardwalk; and
WHEREAS, In addition to scouting, MATTHEW also participates in church, music, and
bowling activities, and is interested in pursuing a degree in Computer Science
Engineering; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to recognize the
achievements of MATTHEW ASTEMBORSKI.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby commend MATTHEW B. ASTEMBORSKI for achieving the rank
of Eagle Scout and acknowledges and applauds the efforts required to reach scouting's
highest rank.
