REJECTION OF BIDS
Range Target Systems for
Firearms Training Facility
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Range Target Systems for the Firearms
Training Facility and the following bids were received:
Advanced Training Systems $47,117 (New)
Advanced Training Systems $44,705 (Refurbished)
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the bids and has recommended the
rejection of all bids as the funds budgeted are insufficient to complete the project as
planned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby reject all
bids submitted for the Range Target Systems for the Firearms Training Facility as the
funds budgeted are insufficient to complete the project as planned.
