REJECTION OF BIDS
Control Tower and Firing Range for
Firearms Training Facility
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Control Tower and Firing Range for the
Firearms Training Facility and the following bids were received:
T V John & Son, Inc. $438,000
AS1 General $477,100
Wm. Sackerson Construction $41 1,906
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the bids and has recommended the
rejection of all bids as the funds budgeted are insufficient to complete the project as
planned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego. upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby reject all
bids submitted for the Control Tower and Firing Range for the Firearms Training Facility
as the funds budgeted are insufficient to complete the project as planned.
