RESOLUTION TO HIRE CONSULTANT FOR REVIEW
OF SUPERIOR EMERALD PARK LANDFILL
PLAN OF OPERATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby
authorize the Mayor to hire the following consultant regarding review of the plan of
operation at Superior Emerald Park Landfill:
J. Spear Associates
At a rate of $80 per hour, not to exceed 120 hours
and not to exceed a total of $10,000, including expenses
