DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM

WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from Terry Norgal dated
March 8. 1999; and
WHEREAS, The City’s insurance carrier has recommended that the City disallow this
claim; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that this claim be disallowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby disallow
the claim of Terry Norgal.
