RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO
APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RS910PD, RS910PD,
AND B910PD ZONING

WHEREAS, Bill Carity of Carity Land Corporation has petitioned the Council to rezone
property located in the SE % of Section 3 and NE % and SE X of Section 10 from RS-3
and RS-2 to RS9/0PD, RS-2/0PD, and B-3/0PD to allow for development of the
property; and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, The City wishes to indicate its present intention of approving the concepts
which so far have been presented by Bill Carity and wishes to defer acting on the
rezoning until all requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments and Plan Commission and Common Council requirements pertaining to
planned unit developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that it approves of the concept of
the project proposed by Bill Carity and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
Plan Commission and Common Council requirements pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this deferral is with the agreement of the petitioner
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit developments and the
