AWARD OF BID
Muskego Public Library Furnishings
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for furnishings and signage for the new Muskego
Public Library and the attached Bid Tabulation details the submitted bids; and
WHEREAS, The project architect and the Finance Committee have recommended approval of
the followings bids:
Contract 1 - Signage
AS1 $34,307.30 plus 5.1% tax
Contract 2 and 2A - Steel Shelving
Spacesaver Corp. $74,979.00
Contract 3 and 3A - High Density Storage
Spacesaver Corp. $20,884
Contract 4 and 4A Millwork and Contract 5 Wood Library Furniture
Unique Furnishings, Ltd. $69,298
Contract 6, 6A and 6B General Furnishings
Henrickson & Company, Inc. $130,648.30 plus 5.1% tax
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the project architect and the Finance Committee, does hereby
accept the bids for furnishings and signage as noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City upon the recommendation of the project
architect.
