DENIAL OF CLAIM OF RESERVCO, INC.
AS TO 1998 PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX
WHEREAS. on or about January 27. 1999, an agent of Reservco, Inc. filed a claim to
recover 1998 personal property taxes; and
WHEREAS, said claim alleges. in part. that it is unlawhl in that a double assessment has
been made for the same property; and
WHEREAS, the City Assessor has reviewed her records and can find no evidence of a
double assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the claim of Reservco, Inc. dated January
27, 1999 is hereby disallowed; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the claimant shall be notified of this disallowance by
certified or registered mail as required by law.
