CCR1999050COMMON COUNCIL -CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #50-99 HONORING CITY OF MUSKEG0 EAGLE SCOUT MATTHEW R. ANGER WHEREAS, MATTHEW ANGER, resident of the City of Muskego. and an honor student at Bay Lane Middle School, reached the highest Scout rank of Eagle on November 14, 1998, the youngest person in the Potawatomi Council to earn Eagle Scout; and WHEREAS, This achievement came about as a result of years of service and dedication to the Code of the Boy Scouts of America; and WHEREAS, MATTHEW served as Assistant Senior Patrol Leader, Troop Guide, Patrol Leader, and Den Chief, and was elected to the Order of the Arrow and earned Bronze and Gold Eagle Palms; and WHEREAS, MATTHEW spent many hours working on his Eagle Scout project in which he disassembled, transported, reassembled, repaired, and landscaped a 50 foot by 50 foot children's wooden playground system at Bethel Lutheran Church of Muskego coordinating all phases of the project; and WHEREAS, In addition to scouting, MATTHEW also participates in soccer, church activities, serves as a mentor to students and teachers' assistant; and WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to recognize the achievements of MATTHEW ANGER. NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby commend MATTHEW R.
