RESOLUTION #4889
RESOLUTION TO CREATE POSITION OF DEPUTY BUILDING DIRECTOR
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the structure of the City
EngineedBuilding Inspection Department in light of the vacancy of the department
director; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that a Deputy Building Director
position be created and filled in the interim until such time as a final determination is
made as to the structure of the department; and
WHEREAS, The position will be reviewed by consultant Bart Gethmann to include a
recommendation as to the points and pay range for this nonexempt position, as well as
a job description.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the creation of a Deputy Building Director position with the assigned points of 531 and a
pay range of M4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the current Plumbing Inspector AI Biwer will fill this
position on an interim basis at an hourly rate of $22.26 effective immediately.
