RESOLUTION TO HIRE SPECIAL PROSECUTOR
AS, The City must hire a special prosecutor in a case involving an elected
official’s family member; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that Attorney E. Joseph
Kershek be hired at an hourly rate of $80 to handle the case.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby authorize
the hiring of Attorney E. Joseph Kershek at an hourly rate of $80 to prosecute the
above-referred-to case.
