0 RESOLUTION AS TO LAND OFFERED TO THE CITY
BY WAUKESHA COUNTY
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego amended and adopted
Resolution #248-98 on December 8, 1998; and
WHEREAS, Said resolution approved the concept of the City purchasing tax delinquent
property identified as Tax Key #MSKC 2217.998.003, and further authorized the Mayor
and Clerk-Treasurer to investigate and proceed with the acquisition of the property, if
they deemed appropriate and in the best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS, Problems with the title have developed with the potential that the
acquisition expenses would increase beyond what the City anticipated paying for the
parcel; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the City discontinue
pursuit of the land acquisition as recommended by the City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee does hereby
disapprove the purchase of tax delinquent property described as:
